Acupuncture Continuing Education FAQ
How does it work?
Getting started is simple – once you purchase a course, an account will be created for you so you can sign in, take your course, and receive your certificates. All courses are completed online – there is no emailing back and forth for courses or waiting for certificates. Once you pass the quiz, your certificate will be immediately accessible.
Here are the steps to get started:
-
Add a course or package to your Cart and go to the Check-out page.
-
Complete all the required fields. You will use your E-mail Address to sign in, & your password can be whatever you like. Please make a note of the password you enter.
-
Place your order.
-
You will then be re-directed to the My Courses page, where your newly purchased courses will be.
-
Read the material. Take the quiz and complete a short survey. Submit your answers.
-
ACE will report your PDAs to the NCCAOM on the same or next business day that you complete the course, at which point you will receive your certificate via email.
Where do I go to find CEUs/PDAs?
Get started by clicking here → Acupuncture CEU Courses Online, or by clicking the Acupuncture CEU tab at the top of the page, where you will find a list of boards/states to choose from along with their associated acupuncture CEU requirements.
What kind of format are ACE Acupuncture Continuing Education Courses?
Many of the courses we offer are distance learning reading material, followed by a quiz you will need to complete to receive your certificate. We also offer a few courses that are in video format. The format of the course will be identified on the product page for you to see before you add the course to your cart.
Both course formats include a short quiz. Once you pass the quiz, your certificate will be immediately accessible to you in your ACE Account. We also offer LIVE CEU Webinars from time-to-time. To become notified of future Live CEU Webinars, please contact us to subscribe to the ACE newsletter.
When do I receive my certificate?
ACE will report your CEUs/PDAs to the NCCAOM on the same or next business day that you complete the course. Once your PDAs are reported, you will receive an email from the NCCAOM which contains access to your official NCCAOM certificate copy.
Save the official copy for your records: Please print and/or save the official copy to your computer as an image or PDF file, and retain this copy for 4 years from the date of completion of the course.
If you have any technical issues with accessing a CPR certificate or official NCCAOM Certificate copy for a course you completed, please email us so we can assist you.
